Under the supervision of the Construction Director, the person in this position ensures the smooth running of the construction stages of the projects, whether remotely or locally on site. He or she works closely with a team of experts in the field of energy efficiency, construction and engineering.
Your responsibilities
- Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) site opening and closing.
Responsible for the administrative side of the project:
- Forward all project details to the engineering team
- Conduct bidding visits and purchase orders
- Prepare site progress reports and site documents (blueprints, shop drawings, operation manuals, etc.).
Responsible for project construction phases:
- Performs construction oversight and prepares daily reports
- Schedule and budget monitoring
- Be the contact person on site for Krome (Mobilization on site and regular follow-ups with subcontractors and the client)
- Participate in site meetings
- Ensure the execution of the work according to the defined norms and quality standards
- Follow-up on reports to be completed: water and air balancing reports, etc.
- Coordinate start-up and commissioning and coordinate end of project training
- Performs all other related tasks.
Assist the design team and help with the preparation of subsidy files.

Your profil
- At least 3 years of experience in the operation of HVAC systems (good knowledge of plumbing, an asset).
- Versatility, resourcefulness, ability to work in teams, rigor, proactivity, excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Reading and interpretation of plans and specifications.
- Desire to progress and develop skills in a growing organization.
- Experience in building mechanics (a strong asset).
- Good knowledge in both Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (an asset).
- On site Health and Safety certification (an asset).
- A valid driver’s license in Ontario due to frequent travel in the GTA area (an asset).
