Club de golf Summerlea

Summerlea Golf Club made major renovations to its building in 2019. In addition to bringing it up to date, the owners wanted to make it as environmentally friendly as possible. They challenged us to redo the facility to reduce their propane consumption. The existing chiller was at the end of its useful life, so we replaced it and the cooling tower with a heat pump equipped with a dry cooler. We are now taking heat from the outside air to heat the club house. The rooftop units were replaced with heat pumps. All existing systems were reviewed and modified; domestic hot water, ventilation, heating. A centralized control system was installed to optimize the installations and facilitate operations during special events.
