Commercial building of 400,000 sq. ft. housing various provincial government departments. The original plan was to replace the steam boiler. Instead, Krome proposed to install a heat pump to recover the building’s internal heat. The garage heating system was redesigned as well as the building ventilation system. The steam humidifiers were replaced with spray humidifiers. Greenhouse gas emissions were completely eliminated.
