Reduction of operating costs
PROJECT
CLIENT
In 2017, when Groupe Mach took ownership of the building in the industrial district, energy bills were over $5.30 per sq. ft., which was not sustainable for an office rental building. We implemented a project to reduce their consumption. Energy bills were reduced to less than $2 per sq. ft. while maintaining comfort and services.
